The following are the dates and deadlines to keep in mind regarding a nursery policy:

• The nursery policy crop year begins June 1st each year and ends May 31st of the following year.
  
  
• New applications may be accepted anytime during a nursery crop year. Applications are subject to a 30-day waiting period and must pass an inspection.
  
  
• The premium is billed near the end of the crop year on March 1st and is due on March 31st.
